F1S is the cross pollination of a travel agency, specializing in photogenic destinations, years of experience getting camera and crews to them, and the skilled and expeditious producers that make it happen.

Founded by Fernando Gonzalez and Erika Reategui, owners of First in Service Travel, F1S launched in 2004. Director and lead producer Nathalie Akiya has 20 years experience producing in-house for Marek & Associates and Art Department as well as freelance for various film and commercial production companies. She's lived in Paris, Sydney, Los Angeles and New York.

Olga Tavarez directs the C3 division which caters to your specific needs by delivering celebrities and talent for the purposes of editorial, press, advertising and branding. Olga has served as an Entertainment Contributor and casting director for V Magazine and GQ. In addition she has also worked with various international publications worldwide and has an exceptional eye for casting from her experience as a model agent in New York for over 10 years.
